This page describes our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery and Charges

  • All orders are despatched using a courier and require a signature on receipt.
  • All orders are despatched using our standard delivery scheme which should normally see your goods arrive within 48 hours from time of order, with additional allowances made for orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays.
  • We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
  • Delivery can only be made to the payment cardholders address.

  • All orders totalling over £50 are delivered FREE of charge
  • All orders totalling under £50 are delivered at a flat rate cost of £5.00 per order

Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you are pleased with your purchase from Best Seat in the House. However, we understand that there are occasions when you may need to return goods to us.

Goods Faulty on Arrival:

If your goods are faulty, you have 28 days to inform us of the fault (please note that for business customers, this is 14 days). When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we'll send a replacement or of course you are entitled to a refund for the value of the faulty goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

If your goods are damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we'll send a replacement or provide you with a refund for the value of the damaged goods.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:

If your goods develop a fault after 28 days following receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a repair under that warranty. In some cases, manufacturers provide an on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience.

Your legal right to cancel

If you have changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can do so provided you inform us in writing (including email) of this decision within 7 working days of receipt. The goods MUST not be opened nor used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us of your decision to return the goods, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received back by us, we will issue a full refund for the amount you paid for the returned goods. The refund will be to your original payment card account.
